Renewals Information - Utility Business Services

Utility Business Services. Putting the Client First.

Every electricity and gas supplier requires a termination notice to end your contract(s). However what is not obvious is that different suppliers require a different notice period to be given. This can be 30 days or sometimes as much as three months.

Every supplier should send you a Renewal Notice in writing informing you that your contract(s) are due for renewal and give details of the new price(s), the term of the new contract and a date for you to respond by should you so wish to cancel the contract. However if for any reason this notice does not arrive or is not acted upon in time, you will be tied into a new contract at an increased price.

Utility Business Services will be there to help you avoid such situations. In the first part you can check the list below to find out the cancellation periods. Then, once you have registered your details with us we will contact you nearer the time of your renewal so that you can avoid these increased charges by switching to a more competative supplier.

Even if you have just entered into a new contract, save time now and money later by contacting Utility Business Services. Once registered we will be able to contact you nearer the time and sort it all out for you.

If your supplier is not listed below then please Contact Utility Business Services and we will be able to find out the information for you.
